All our staff are selected on the basis of strong technical skills combined with an ability to work with clients and in a professional team. We have a strong emphasis on professional development and on internal mentoring and training. Our senior staff are recognised by decision-makers and by their peers as experts in their area, and their standing gives them unsurpassed credibility when providing expert evidence and high-level advice.
Biosis Research is structured as six Resource Groups – Melbourne, Ballarat, Canberra, Sydney, Wangaratta and Wollongong. Each Resource Group focuses on its geographical zone, but staff and resources are shared between groups for large projects or where particular skills are not available within the group.
The size of our team means that we can undertake projects that would be logistically difficult to resource for most other consultants.
